The Food Pyramid-What is it?

The food pyramid is an illustrated pyramid to show you how much of different types of food groups you require to make a healthy diet. They are 5 different food groups- Carbohydrates, Fruit and Vegetables, Protein and fats,oil and sugars. Living a healthy life is actually critical to climate change! On the bottom of the pyramid is carbohydrates you need to eat the most of these. Then Fruits and Vegetables , after that is protein. People think that protein is only meat but you can find protein in many other foods.The Next is diary and fats and the last is sugars natural and unnatural, fats and oils.
